Terms & Personal-Use License

These terms govern use of motywait.com and digital products sold by MotyWait LLC. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms.

Personal-use license

Purchases grant one named customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal learning and interview preparation. Ownership and copyright are not transferred.

Not permitted

You may not share, forward, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, reproduce for others, remove ownership notices or watermarks, provide access through a shared drive or repository, or use the files to create a substantially copied competing product.

Access controls

Downloads may be personalized with the purchaser’s email and order reference. Access links may expire and download volume may be limited. MotyWait may suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, redistribution, or misuse.

Educational material

The materials are educational resources, not a promise of employment, interview success, or any particular outcome. Technical material may require adaptation to a specific problem, environment, or employer expectation.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, visual design, photographs, course materials, cheat sheets, and downloadable files are owned by MotyWait LLC or used with permission. MotyWait, associated branding, and logos may also be protected under trademark law.
