Privacy Policy

MotyWait LLC respects your privacy and collects only information needed to operate this website, deliver purchases, communicate with subscribers, understand site performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

We may collect your email address, newsletter preferences, consent and unsubscribe records, purchase and delivery records, and limited technical security information. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process visit, device, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information. MotyWait does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, payment details, or private download tokens to Analytics. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by MotyWait.

Analytics choices

Analytics is disabled until you allow it. You may decline it without losing access to the website and may change your choice later using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in the website configuration.

How information is used

We use information to confirm subscriptions, send requested resources, fulfill purchases, provide support, understand which public pages and resources are useful, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, maintain records, and improve the service. Marketing messages are sent only to confirmed subscribers and include an unsubscribe method.

Service providers

We use service providers including Netlify for hosting and private file storage, Neon for database services, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional and subscriber email, and—only with visitor permission—Google Analytics for website measurement. They process information according to their respective terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use access controls, protected credentials, encrypted connections, private file storage, and monitoring, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline analytics, change analytics preferences, or unsubscribe from email at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact support@motywait.com. Some purchase or tax records may need to be retained where required by law.
